Default After Effects/FCP Andy Warhol Style

Hey people, anyone know how to turn a normal video to look like those Andy Warhol style?

Abit like the reknowned Apple iPod ad's style, but that is silhouette, flat color. I need them with vibrant colors. Achieving the Andy Warhol style in static is not a problem, but how to do it on video? Can we shoot a guy on green screen, mask him out and apply some After Effects/FCP plug-ins on it? Or do we have to color him frame by frame in vector?

Need urgent help on this, appreciate your advise! Thanks in advance!

    Something like these:
    w.w.w.lostateminor.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/andy-warhol-marilyn.jpg
    w.w.w.salondeartedigital.com/images/Che%20Guevara%20(Andy%20Warhol).jpg

(ignore the dots between w. Apparently I'm too new to include external links)
It's like pop art style - odd, vibrant colors on human

I've had results close to that in Sony Vegas, but I can't remember for the life of me what combination of plug-ins I used. Standard Vegas ones though.

I tried using AE's Boris Continuum Complete(BCC)'s Artist's Poster effect on it, but it needs damn lot of tweaking to get it right. Just wondering if there is a better way to achieve the effect.

    In Premiere Pro

    Project window - Effects tab.

Video effects > Adjust > Posterize change the level to 2

and you'll get in the ballpark.
