    Default Half Price particleIllusion

This software cropps up in conversation on these forums from time to time. It's a stand alone particle generator to generate clip that you can then composit into your own creations. Literally thousands of library emitters out of the box.

Anyway, Digital juice are doing a special at the moment. It's half price.

Pop over to wondertouch: home of particleIllusion to check out the product and then buy it cheap at Particle Illusion 3.0 :: Digital Juice

I am not affilliated to either company. I've been using particleIllusion for a few years and love it. Got an email flyer from Digital Juice today so thought I would pass on the link.

...although it's very irritating that even as a download, you have to wait anything up to 24hrs for it.

EDIT - Six hours as it goes - and worth the wait.

You'll find a new library of emitters is released every single month whether you like it or not too.

I've not purchased any of the pro emitters but they sure look good. Also, matey, this is one 'video' app where the graphics card makes a difference.

The emitters library is pretty monstrous... very impressive. Not too-steep-a learning curve (at least to get basic results) and overall well worth the cash.

    Default Particle Illusion Half Price

Half price for particle illusion was a good buy. You can even get some cool particle emitter libraries from a company called cgplanet.net for cheap. Whats more they have a buy one get one free and can be used with particle illusion and my combustion program. So cool and customizable. Wow check it out and see some cool videos of them too. They even work with Autodesk Combustion too. Sweet!
