Thread: Imported video is skewed

    Question Imported video is skewed

    Hi,

When I import video clips from a cheap digital camera into Vegas Pro 8, it is skewed to left and repeated slighty, and is also in black and white.

I want to know whether this is a problem with Vegas as VLC plays it back fine or maybe the codecs.

    Cheers

May be a codec thing but it is odd that it displays anything if it is that.

What are the video files, what camera are they from, what format ?

It is Motion JPEG, 640x480 resolution and is 21 frames per second. It it from a Tesco Tecknika 5MP camera that can take videos.
