    Default Rendering

Ok so I'm trying to render a video i made. I need it to have pretty high quality with a lower file size. My friend gave these specifications but idk how to do it.

    I have sony vegas 7.
My file size is 456 MB and it needs to go down quite a bit but i'm not sure on an exact number.

I don't know if h.264 is available in Vegas, but try to use that if you can, with a bitrate around 2000kbps. If h.264 isn't an option, try anything quicktime

Also im fairly new to this program so keeping the steps easy would be much appreciated.

Does it have to be q time / h264? I prefer to webcast my stuff using wmv.
After much experimentation I have found that wmv is a very good compromise between performance and file size.

    What is the source video?
