    Default Buying used software

Does anybody know if there are any implications when doing this? If a copy has been registered, then the software package sold on second hand are there any possible problems with licensing and it being re-resistered? I would imagine that there could be.

We're talking Adobe s/w here right? no problems selling it on. The seller needs to download a copy of Adobe's transfer a licence form and fill in their details and details of the s/w being being sold (or given away). The new owner fills in their bit and sends it off or faxes it in to Adobe and all's well.

My experience of this is at the seller's end. However, as a quirk, when I look at my account on the Adobe web siote I can still see details of lilcences I've either sold on or upgraded from.

Yes, I put it here because I want to get After Effects, but it's some price! I can't justify over a grand on software when I include the cost of Prem CS3.

Thanks for that, I know what to ask for from any seller now.

Buy both at the same time is so much more cost effective you know. You can get the roduction poremium for less than the cost of both Premiere and Ae and you get Illustrator, Flash and Photoshop thrown in for free!

Right, well I'll keep an eye open for such things in the future, I've already bought Premiere CS3.
