I've been working on a new ident for a while, but I've hit a stumbling block.
It's an animation of me, made in Flash, and it's geared to look 'animated' i.e big steps between movement to give a notchy look.
My problem is that when rendering it out as a 3gp file something is introducing intermediate frames, almost as if it's trying to smooth the movement, these intermediate frames consist of faded versions of the animation stills from each side. What I want is clean frames of one still, then clean frames of the next and so on.
The original file is an AVI, which is as sharp as you like, but this is making the whole thing look fuzzy.
