Default Running three screens - problems

I am already running two screens from an Nvidia 8600 GTS card, using its two DVI outputs.

I want to run a third screen, but as there is no spare PCI Express socket, I would have to use a standard PCI slot.

    The question:
Can I run a third screen via the PCI slot - or would there be a conflict with the existing card?

    Cheers

I've only achieved it by using one PCI card and one AGP type. I got the info from here Info It's a bit dated but might still be relevent.

Btw whatever you do get 'Ultramon', it makes managing mutliple monitors very much easier.

It should wk fine. I have a 3d card in my gfx card slot and an ancient quad head matrox inb the pci slot - works a treat - 5 monitors is cool!

I would see a therapist if I were you!

    Thanks for the advice.

Any thoughts what would be a good PCI card to get?
