Default looking for a capture card

    hello all

maybe you know something about what i am looking for...
I am looking for a 4 inputs video capture card. I want to compress the video into MPEG2 files.
    Resolution768 X 576
    Frame rate 8000.
I need it to have composite connections (video and audio)

so far i only found cards like that for security camera and i want something more professional.

the closes i got was the card: DRC-2000xs by the company Digital Rapids but it only has 2 inputs.

    thank you

Our company: Winnov Winnov - Video Capture Card, Video Capture Cards, Video Encoding, Presentation Recording, Presentation Streaming, Streaming Video has the Videum Quattro PCIe which is a broadcast quality capture card with 4 full frame size full frame rate video capture channels and 4 stereo balanced audio capture channels with integrated mixers and video switches. These cards capture YUV4:2:2 format and YUV4:2:0 format. They are fully dierctshow compliant and can therefore be used with any MPEG2 encoding SW or codec that is directshow compliant. Ask our tech support if you need more info.

Default Matrix RTX2 - capture card

    Hi,

I have matrix rtx2 capture card. it's a huge card for the film production companiesd and I bought it just becasue I was told I need it to do animation! but later I found out that I didn't need it.

I've never used it at all. not only once! so it's brand new.

let me know if you want to buy it

If you have it I would get into the habit of using it. I can't personally justify the cost, being a hobbyist. You do realise it allows real time exports and encoding to MPEG2 for DVD production don't you? And in HD (if you have the right version).

I do currently have the older RT.X100 and any time I know I only ever want an SD production I ALWAYS use it - for it's real time properties.
