Default Do plugins like these exist?

Ok, so I have a question.
I'm wondering if I could find any plugins for Premiere Pro.

I have Premiere Pro and After Effects.. so let me know what would be easier.

one plugin im looking for is "shaking cam" I have a video of a some cars drifting, and if I could "add" a shaking cam effect, it would make it go a little better with the vid.

I am aware of the fact that i could go every 4-5 frames and move the camera, but that's gonna take tooo long.
I was told Sony Vegas has an effect like that, I havn't tried Sony Vegas, but I have seen the shaking effect from Vegas and it looks quite nicely

Btw, I have Premiere and AE CS3
But yea, do plugins like those exist for Adobe ?

    Thanks.

The effect you are after is built into After Effects. you need to make a simple use of the 'wiggle' expression for a camera shake. If you don;t know how to use it then pop across to the videocopilot.net web site and watch some of AK's video tutorials. A number of them use the wiggle expression to shake the camera. Start with no 68. I think it uses it.
