Default Codec issue with rendered Sony Vegas Pro 8 AVI file?

Hi, im new, and i need some help.

I rendered a file i Sony Vegas Pro, in AVI, but when i try and play it, i only get sound and its asking for a codec? But it doesnt say which one. I have the K Lite full codec pack, what else do i need? Ive never had this problem before.

I tried to save it as Wmv and that worked, but for some reason some of the clips have errors in them, little glitches, that wasnt on the track in Vegas itself, they only appeared after i rendered it?

    Please help.

Download and install "G-spot". When you drag your video file to it it will tell you what codec you need..
