Default Movements gets all blurry when exported

Okay, so I just edited a video from a cabintrip with my friends. It looks okay before I export it, but as you can see on this video

Whenever people move, the pixels gets all smudged around.

How should I export the movie so it doesnt get like that, and still stays under one Gb? I do seriously not understand how you can get videos looking good down to fifty mb, when I exported this video and ended up 380 Mb.

Using Adobe Premiere 2.0 exported it as a Microsoft Avi file.

See what you mean, it leaves a ghost behind anything that moves.

I've given up trying to make sense of settings in Premiere, so try exporting it is full-on best quality DVAVI, then bring it into Windows Movie Maker and export as 'High Quality Video Large', or if that's too big still, try 'High Quality Video Small'

    Works for me.

Btw, classic case of image stabiliser working against you on that film, when you try and zoom into the houses in particular, it's jumping from one place to the next as it runs out of enough frame to work with.

    Nice arse!
