Well said. Except I disagree with your inference in point 2.
Every piece of scathing, derogatory, negative and mocking criticism I've read here has been constructive - in that it's aim has been to help the filmmaker make improved films.
"Non-contructive" criticism, in my book, is comments such as "That was crap" rather than "That was crap because the sound quality was awful and the acting unconvincing"
YouTube abounds with non-constructive criticism. We here are very fortunate in that even the harshest criticisims have some sort of reasoning to back them up.
Wel, you know me - I was being slightly over the top to clearly make my point.
I think it's great! puts the point across very well....love the hammer
Ohh, I feel rebuked also, so it worked!
Mark, isyour voice s'posed to sound pitch shifted? sorry if the answer is yes and ive missed the point
Mark, you do love a book reveal.
Powerful for a talking head video with hammers, guns, mighty scary voice and a big message.
Mind you cameras do enjoy a tripod.
Tripod - yea yea - you pedaant. My excuse -it was 4 am and all my decnt gear was set up in my upstaors room for g screening and I am lazy, but I am sure it would have made it better. Oh it wasnt a book - it is a draft dvd cover. SO there.
The voice - is pichshited down and has chorus on it - anyone know what a vogon is - that was the effect I was after - they didnt just use hammers - they destroyed the earth for a bypass.
What's dear old Tel going to do now, he's no longer got the Eurovision gig? Bring back Steve Wright in the afternoon, I miss 'the old woman'.
