    Default scratch disks

    Hello again everyone!

Silly question, but can some one tell me what a scratch disk is and how they are used.

    Many thanks,

    Mike

The harddrive on your PC where all you captured and rendered video is saved.

    nice one marc,

That was quick! So is it just an easier way to creat a folder to put all your work, rather than going into the hard drive its self?

    Thanks mate,

    Mike

Well, it's the "done" thing to have a seperate disk for your video files - it may be a folder on a seperate disk.
