Well, Sorry to be blunt - but I thought it was average to poor.

No use of a tripod made the shots look jerky and unprofessional.
The voice over was odd. At times it sounded fluid and fine - on more than a few occassions it sounded like it had been chopped together with an axe. I noticed also that when the owners name was mentioned, it sounded like it had just been dubbed inplace of someone elses....

The photos for stuff like the health club, fire equipment etc, were naff. Footage would have been much, much better.

I think with a tripod and a better voice over artist, much better results could have been achieved.

    Was the customer satisfied?

Just a quick question, I noticed that the narrator spoke a few words the way you spell them, was this a computer generated voice?

of course, it is a comp generated voice using a TTS engine. But I programmed the pronunciation of some words.

Yeah i know what you mean, i used the tripod on the outside pans but indoors is a bit awkward, carrying a tripod around and trying not to bash it on door frames etc,I'm a bit fussy about being respectful to other peoples property,so i'm gonna get a monopod with a fluid head, probably manfrotto 561b.

That house was just refurbished and brand new so i didn't want to mark anything.

Also there was a seamless wooden floor throughout so maybe a tripod dolly could be a worthwhile investment.

Thanks for the critique though Marc.

You may need to alter the setup of your tripod Paul. There appears to be a not insignificant amount of vertical movement on the outside pans.
