Default How do you echo video?

Okay, I'm new to Vegas and I am trying to get a certain effect. The best way to explain it is by saying: how do you echo video or objects in a video. I don't know any other way to say it.

There is an example in the following video:

    YouTube - Expendable Innocence

Sorry, its at 2:25. I couldn't find a vide that used this effect at the start.

You could try duplicating video on the timeline, then setting the transparency of the upper video to say 50%. Then added some movement key frames to the same layer. I think there is a 'quake' effect for Vegas.
