    Default Premiere Disk Configuration

Can anyone suggest a better way to set this up?

What exactly are you looking at setting up?

At a wild guess, ideally, I'd have programs on C: drive, scratch disk on D: drive and capture to a dedicated hard disk F: which stores footage and nothing else.

You can also split audio and video files, but I don't do that, never found a point to it.

    Hope this helps.
