Default Rotating video LESS than 90 degrees

I have some video that was recorded at a slight angle. What software can allow me to rotate it a small amount.

Something similar to the function in Picasa where you can straighten crooked photos.

Most decent editors will do this - my choice is Sony Vegas where track motion is the tool to use. Bear in mind you'll have to zoom the image slightly too, otherwise you'll get some black edges at bizarre angles.

    Default Thanks

    Thanks for the reply Andy,

I got VirtualDub and found I could do it using the rotate2 filter. It produced black edges which can be eliminated by using a crop filter afterwards.

Thank god I didn't have to pay $$$ as VirtualDub is free!
