    I would add to join a local video making club, by joining a club you can all work together and produce some amazing videos. Feedback from other members can really help you.
    If anyone is living close to Manchester in the UK then check out www.altvideo.co.uk or come along any Wednesday evening at 8pm.

    excellent!! - but some "rules" are just made to be broken - like :

    Lets get up REALLY early and get some atmospheric shots of the sun rising - birds flying - fields with foxes and so on.

    THEN - reality - whoa - too early - lets have coffee instead.

    Having said that: To produce something you want to watch - have a plan (or rules).
