    Default Premeire Pro 1.5

    Hello
I have some questions regarding the options presented when I exporrt my timeline to the Media Encoder.
The options all pertain to NTSC DV 4x3, they offer high and low quality with choices of 7mb,3mb,4mb,6mb, CBR, and vbr, and lastly 1 or 2 pass. The last 2 options are Listed as "progressive" and once again high quality @4mb vbr 2 pass, or 7mb cbr 1 pass. I don't want to ask simply which one do I pick as this would be the easy way, rather I'd like to learn it. Would any of you please offer an explanation or direct me to a site that would offer the explanations. I have an inkling of some of the items but really would lke to be able to make an inform decision about using these options.

    Thank you

If you want to learn what's best for your project, try googling "DVD bit budgeting". The key to learn about what settings to use lies in these words.
