Possibly a repeat question (compression)

I use premier 6.0 and premier pro, whats the best compression to use on a 5 minute or so video to get the file size down as low as possible while keeping the best quality audio and video. I like the divx videos i see but am unable to find a way to comperess my videos to that.

Probably best to use WMV for maximum compatibility in downloads and file size to quality trade off.
