Default How can I play video from camera on PC

I need to know how I can playback recorded video from my camera on my laptop full screen. I have a usb cable and if I go to "My Computer" I see "usb video device". If I double click it I can play the video but it is only a very small picture. My camera is a Panasonic NV-GS75. I can get firewire adaptor etc. if need be. I don't want to capture the video but just use the laptop screen to view. Please could someone advise me.

    Thanks

Unless your laptop has AV connections then the only other way to view your videos on the laptop is to transfer it from the camcorder to the hard disk.

I've just found some software called "River past PlayDV" This seems to do all I need but requires firewire.
