Thread: Time Code and Firewire

    Default Time Code and Firewire

Is they a way of getting the Time Code displayed when you capture your video.
I am using a Sony H32E Camcorder and Premier Pro for the editing.

The only way I can get the Time code displyed on a DVD is to burn direct using NOT firewire but the analogue cables (Yellow, and aduid Red and White).

Does Firewire always strip off the Tie Code from during the capture?

    Best Graham.

The time code is embedded in the data and should be there just a matter if the software will allow it to be displayed or a filter to show it on the screen when rendering.
