Default Adobe Media Encoder export 640x480?

I'm using Premiere 1.5. I want to export a movie that is 640x480 using Adobe Media Encoder. None of presets have 640x480 as an option. Is possible to export it as 640x480 using Adobe Media Encoder instead of 320x240?

I want to take advantage of the Adobe Media Encoder compression but keep the 640x480 size.

Does it have a custom setting, where you can type in the dimensions yourself?

Yes, it does, in Adobe Media Exporter under Metadata/Audiences there are the Basic Video Settings which has the WxH.

    Thanks
