    Default Freeze Frames

Hi I'm trying to capture freeze frames from video however I seem to get horizontal lines around movement.

Anyone know why? Is this and issue with Premier?

I'm capturing using composite video setting.

    many thanks

This is 'Interlacing', and it's completely normal.

find the 'de-interlace' filter in either your video editing software, to remove the interlacing before, or in your image editing software to remove it after you have exported the still image.
