Default Showing image for certain period of time

I'm sure this has been asked before but I apologize, I did a quick look and didn't find anything.

I have some credit pages i made in photoshop and i want to show them after the clip, if i import the image, how can i put it on the timeline right after the end of the movie and how can i make it show for say 5 seconds each one and go to the next one?

I apologize if this is a stupid question, i'm not too great in premiere... yet

Simply import into Premiere and treat as you would a video clip.
