Default Adobe Premier Pro CS3 - Jittery when adding 2nd Video

Hello! I am completely new to the video editing scene.

I am attempting to create the blur effect over a face on a video.

So, I am adding a second video into the sequence, but when i do that and play it, it becomes jittery. Prior to that, when it is just the one video clip, it plays smoothly.

I did this a month or so ago and it worked fine....not sure what i am doing differently this time...any help would be appreciated, thanks!
