Thread: mpeg-2 video, can it be cut and saved without re-encoding

  1. Default mpeg-2 video, can it be cut and saved without re-encoding

    if I have a video that is mpeg-2 can i use vegas or other tool to cut a section of it and save it, but without having recode the whole section ?
