Thread: DVD Architect 4 - Compression & Output Quality Issues

  1. Cool DVD Architect 4 - Compression & Output Quality Issues

I have edited a 110 min movie in PAL on FCP and now want to make a professional looking menu and subtitles on DVD architect which I have used previously but for minor projects.

How can I use DVD architect so that when I burn my project after doing subtitles and menu the final output DVD does not lose video and audio quality. It shows me in the preview quality settings that it is compressing and or recompressing some of the video and audio tracks but not sure about the level of loss of quality.

Can anyone guide in this matter please?

Is there any other software which maybe better. I use windows xp and vista.

    Thanks.

Render your video to the proper format (mpeg-2) and size. DVDA will only render or compress if its not the proper size or format.
