Default problems exporting hdv to file in Pro1.5

I have captured HDV footage from a Sony HDR-fx7e HD camcorder using PAL HDV 1080i 25fps settings and I wish to save edited hd clips to File. So far this always results in an elongated picture on playback on PC or camera and I don't seem able to find the right export settings to correct this. In 'Export to File' settings I have selected Cineform HDV at 25fps but for some reason the resulting clips default to HDV 29.97 fps during export.
Apart from a few glitches I have no problem with exporting back to tape in the camcorder direct from the Premiere project timeline - the settings seem to adjust automatically to the original project settings.
I will be grateful if anyone can please offer suggestions as to where I am going wrong.
