help with zoom and camera movement in editing in premiere elements 2.0
I was wondering whether someone could be so kind as to tell me how to achieve an effect in Premiere elements 2.0?
I have some footage shot at a certain angel ( far shot to be exact) and I could of done with a zoom in and pan downwards. Now since it was me filming it and being in the same scene and no one around to do the zoom closeup and pan shot I would like to do it in the editing stage.
So I have zoomed in on the footage and the picture quality is still pretty descent as the shot wasnt too far away or I do know it would of blurred out slightly.
So how to I go about this, my understanding is if I keyframe how it is at the moment, cut the clip up into different bits and add different zooming points and key frame them, I wont get the camera zooming in effect as once I cut the clips they are now seprate and not the same clip, also zooming in and stretching the clip to look closer isnt an effect and my understanding is that is has to be an effect to keyframe it ?
I hope I have explained this right and I hope some can help me out pretty quick as I have 3 days to get this done? Maybe there is an effect for zooming in the video effects tab I'm not remembering I dont know, I'm not infront of the software im at work, but its on mind until I do get it done.
Thanks in advance and I'd be so grateful for some help
