Default Windows 2000 SP4 and Adobe Premiere

    Hey anyone,

I know Adobe Premiere is not compatible with Windows 2000 SP4… are there any issues with SP3? Every time I open Premiere to edit, my processor speed jumps way up and prevents me from doing much of anything. I was looking through my system and it appears that I inadvertently installed portions of SP 4 somehow, so I’m going to uninstall that and hope it works… If anyone has some advice or knowledge of this, please let me know.
    Thanks!

If your using premier pro you really need to use windows xp (as recommended by adobe).

However, if everything worked ok before you installed the service pack it stands to reason that if you can roll back to the previous service pack you should be ok.

Best advice....If your serious about using premier pro... get windows xp!
