Default Womble and deinterlacing for youtube

Ok, so I'm trying out Womble as a video editor. To me it's simple and easy to work with, as well as light. But I came across a situation. It works nice when putting my videos on a DVD player, but when it comes to set a small sample of it to upload to youtube, then the stupidity happens.

I tried to export the video, even checked the "Adaptive Deinterlacing" square to make it viewable on a computer, but there's no way to make those irritant stripes go away. I don't see why that happens, because I found and clicked on the Deinterlacing option. Does it need anything else?

Does anyone else knows how to work with Womble? How do I export the small video correctly for youtube?

Try reducing the format size, 352x240 (NTSC) or 352x288 (PAL), to VCD format. This can eliminate interlacing artifacts.. .and youtube will reduce the size anyway.
