Default Premier Pro 2 error: cant open default.prsi

I get this error message when I go to Window-->DVD Layout..

and because if this (im guessing) I cannot add interactive menus, If I try to and click the "change template" button as directed there are no themes available and the "OK" button is greyed out.

I have no idea whats causing this, its on a company laptop so I didnt install it, and cannot just reinstall it to see if that would fix it.

    any ideas?

Quite simply the file 'default.prsi' is not where Premiere pro expects it to be or is simply missing. Search your drive for the file. If it's not there then you may need to try a re-install - unless these extra bits are a seperate install from your disk.

in fact are you sure the filename is a .prsi file? You should have a default.prsl in your presets directory. I do not have a default.prsi files in my installation either.
