Default Batch changing of Photo sizes

I am using Paintshop Pro 7 and would appreciate anyone who knows the secret of batch size changing in this program. I want to be able to reduce the size of large numbers of photos for putting onto a web site. I have developed a reasonable work around but it is a bit cumbersome and I am hopefull that there should be an easier , more direct method, more along the lines of the system for batch changing file types. But I cant find it. Any help please.[/b]

Just had a look on a few web sites and it seems you cant do batch changes on 7 but you can do in version 8, of which I have found a few tutorials.

I suspected that to be the case as I have spent more time than I should delving into the menus of PsP7 without success. Ah well I still have my method to fall back on. Thanks for your interest. It just shows that there a good people outside of the North Riding

There's a free program called IrfanView that will do many batch conversion operations including resize.

The website is here - http://www.irfanview.com/

I have used this program for over a year with no trouble and recommend it to my friends.

Thanks for the link to irfanview I have now got it and after a few days head scratching :( have mastered the method of batch resizing. Thank goodness that I tried it on a special photo folder as I lost the lot a couple of times till I beat the setup. It is very good though and Thanks for your Help.

    You're very welcome!

I used it last night to process some 2048x1586 photos I took Friday and Saturday. Then I used it to make the web album. I edited that later.
