    Frankly, the mobo makes bugger all difference... what does make a difference is the ability to install a new juicy high end P4

    Dont get it....

    Get an ABIT IC7 Series instead

    IC7(what i have)
    IC7-G MaxII
    IC7 Max3 :twisted:


    They are all super stable...the bios is awesome...and they are great overclockers if u ever decide to go down that path

    I had two Asus;s before my Abit, and the diff is huge...Ive never met someone who has been dissapointed by any of those mobos

    Keep in mind that the IC7 doesnt have onboard LAN!

    actually (and P4OCER might give me a virtual slap for this) but I'd say if you have no intention of overclocking go with boad made by Intel. They're super-stable and very well made.

    but the bios is lacking and if u ever want to oc or sell it...itll be a major issue

    And there are PLENTY of HDD connections on the IC7-MAX3 (much more than you could fit into a standard case)!

    If I was into gaming and ocing, I should have gone for this one... lucky for me, it wouldn't have provided with any advantage in terms of what I usually do
