Default How do I add the black bars to my video?

Either on Windows Movie Maker or avs media?

Black bars. You mean you want to achieve widescreen?

If so your camera must film in widescreen to begin with, if you don't have a widescreen camcorder (it will usually say: 16:9 or something along those lines) you will need to get a 4:3 letterboxer. I tend to use a green screen letterboxer, I know for a fact that Windows Movie Maker does not support green screen but your other program may. If this is the case, I have a 4:3 green screen letterboxer for you and it should be attached to this post.
