Default Need Full Screen display with digital camcorder

Iím currently working on a project were I need to film a speaker on stage and project the close up footage on a large screen behind the speaker. I have a Samsung SCD103 camcorder and a hp pavilion laptop. I need the image to come up totally full screen with out any menus so the ďaudienceĒ doesnít see anything but the speaker. I canít even find any software to just give me full screen video in real time. Does anyone know of any software that can do this?

Surely it would be much easier to plug the camera straight into the projector, via RCA leads. I don't see the point in going through the computer.
The saying \"always back up your work\" applies to video aswell!!

The reason we would like to go through a computer is so he can overlay text or have a running banner on top to inform the audience of different things without pulling away from live feed.
