Thread: Resizing video gradually in picture as an overlay...help.

Question Resizing video gradually in picture as an overlay...help.

What video editing app can reduce video gradually to smaller size (as an overlay video)?

I have Ulead Video Studio 10 but the only way it seems would be to reduce the video every 3 frames, which would take forever & also seems to make the edited video choppy. I'm trying to make a video from scratch using movie trailers for my home cinema. I want to edit my video to scale down exactly like 0:05-0:11 of
but I don't know if there are any programs that can do it easily, (preferably free as I already bought Video Studio 10 not long ago).

The video in the link is what I'm trying to re-create, (for a home cinema) I might also do ones of different films such as 300 & POTC3 but for now I can't easily finish the video as I'm stuck on this resizing bit. I have 95% of the video complete.

I mean, it's easy to resize the video overlay in UVS10, but it only does it as a fixed size, not reducing done gradually as in the video link I posted. So I would need to cut all clips into .2 or .3 seconds, then edit the size clip by clip, & it would probably still be choppy after all that. So I'm wondering if there's an app that does it easily.
