Default What software is best for editing vids???

I want to add movement to some vids that I have of online game I want to appear to make the mouths move. I have found a program that works on jpegs but hope there is something out there I can use aswell thats EASY!!! I have looked into particle illusion but this is very expensive and very complicated. There must be something out there I have watched loads of vids on you tube!!

You want to overlay a real mouth talking onto your animations right?

PI will not help with that. There have been a few threads discussing how to do this lately. Do a search and find them.
