where to get sony movieshaker???

Hello everyone.

Today I saw my father working with his MovieShaker program on his sony VAIO. I really like its "Shaker" effects. None the less... My computer is not a Sony, Is this software out for download somewhere??? or even to purchase???? or is it strictly only made to work on the VAIO computer line?
