Default Rending Help for Sony Vegas 6

    Evening

I have a 20 minute video which I want to put onto a website (My own, fully hosted website, not youtube etc) and want to find the best rending option for my film.

The requirements I want for my film to be :

    - Great quality and sound (Near DVD)
    - Under 400MB
    - 640 x 400 Resolution (Roughly anyway)

What format/method do you recommend? I haven't a clue of the best option

any posts will be gratefully recieved!

Well, you have plenty of options, Divx would give better quilty but E\every one who runs windows can play WMV and most people have Quicktime, So yes you have options the choice is yours.
