    Default Can someone please suggest a video editor ,with rewind recordings?

    I am after a video editor that does not drop bitrates and frames.
    One that has backwards recording feature on it so u can make sequence reverse and save it like that.

    I prefer a low size program.

    what your asking is just basic editing stuff, think almost any editing software is able to do that, even the cheaper ones,

    Budget under 500 dollars

    format = mpg and avi

    save as avi when completed, at this stage just want to make a video clip rewind and play it with everything going backwards. Not all video editing software has this feature.

    Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 has all the features you probably need.

    You should have plenty of change from your $500 too.

    You can download a 30-day trial version here:

    You said you had a 500 dollar budget and premiere elements is way below that?
    Elements should be available as boxed version in most stores that sell computer stuff.
