    Default Screen grabs in Elements

Is there a way within Premier Elements 3.0 to stop motion in a clip and do a "screengrab" or "screenshot" and then save that file to a jpeg for editing within Photoshop Elements? My footage is all originally recorded in mpeg so I get crisp clear pauses and would like to save some as stills.

Currently if I wish to do this process I play the clip within Premier elements, pause at the frame I like, prt scr, open paint, edit, paste, crop, save as jpeg, close, open file in PS elements, crop, auto fix, sharpen, save.

I'm looking to see if I can save a step or two in the prt scr, paint area and maybe not have to crop the image.

I haven't used PE3 yet but in version 2, look for a small button beside the playback controls that looks like a camera. Just click on it and it will save the current frame as a bitmap. You can also use FILE->EXPORT->FRAME and a dialogue box will open asking you for a filename, where you want to save to and what filetype you want to save as.

FILE>EXPORT>FRAME or ctrl+shft+m!!!!!!! That is exactly what I was hunting for!!! Thank you!!! You just saved me hours of extra steps!!!
