For a first atttempt its not bad. Vegas is a fun and challenging program to get used to. Keep it up, you'll only get better.

    Software Used:
TGV Edius 6, TGV ProCoder 3, DVD Lab Pro. 2

Use a better quality camera. The antique camera overly that you used didn't add much effect. The movie was pretty boring.
I don't mean to critisize a lot im just saying what I think.
Not bad for your first time using the program. Just keep using it. Did you pay for the program? or do you have the trial?
Also- when you rewound and fast forwarded the clip, you should have used sound effects, it adds more drama and emphasys

There is not much to say about this, it's just one shot with some effects on it. It doens't look nice and doesn't say much and the effects are not making it any better.

Well I would like to say thats not a bad try for a first go.
You seem to have found even the pan&scan features already and reversing with added effects.
    thats not bad at all.

Give yourself a pat on the back and get back on Vegas and create an even better one.

Just playing around with it you will find lots of nice tricks, another thing the cropping tool can become very useful if you can find it, hehehe!
