    Default Video Output problem...HELP

I have been cutting up and editing soccer videos using Premiere Pro 1.5. When I put them in there final format (I have been converting them to Windows Media Viewer files) the top half of the screen does not seem aligned with the bottom half. So for example when a soccer player is kicking a ball, the top half of the screen (ie his head and body) are moving faster then his bottom half (ie his legs). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem???

see if this happens if you export to DV, if not add the new DV file to a new sequence and encode to wmv and see if it happens again.
