Default Need help re. buttons in DVD Arch.

    Hi,

I'm trying to make a "button" (not with the standard buttons in DVD Arch) that show a "red dot" when selected. I only manage to get the highlighting and masks and all that. Anyone that can help with advice?

I have my image as PSD file and it shows up OK on the menu, but I cannot get the red dot to appear when selecting the button.

    Regards
    Mats

You'll need to find the "selection state" options, these allow you to ajust how the button appears when it is 'normal' 'selected' and 'activated'.

I'm not familiar with your software though, so I can't tell you where these options are.

As you're using PSDs I'm assuming you created all the relevant layers

I use Architect but i never use it If I want to create Static PSD menu's. It is possible to do so, I found a tutorial on it a couple of years ago but it is a real pain in the rear to get to work properly.

All my menus are motion menus so it doesnt apply for me.

Try Adobe Encore - that will do it no problem.
