Thread: Unsupported Audio Rate in Premiere Pro

  1. Default Unsupported Audio Rate in Premiere Pro

I've just opened up Premiere Pro and I've tried importing a Mpeg movie that I've got on my P.C. But premeire keeps saying that it cannot import because

    "Unsupported audio rate in file"

I've never had this problem before.

Can somebody let me know how I can rectify this as the video is my two kids presenting their own guide to our summer holiday resort!!

There are a few ways of doing this, most of them time consuming. You could get an MPEG to AVI convertor and convert the whole thing to uncompressed AVI format which premier pro likes alot. Or Burn it to DVD and then upload it via your camera via AV in, then transfer to your pc via the normal route firewire.

    Hope this helps
