Ok, sometimes when viewing my mpeg 2s in fullscreen mode, I get pixelation around high contrast areas and shady areas. This is after converting from avi, no reconversion, or upgrading from a smaller file. My screen resolution is 1024x768 (minimum required for Ulead 7. My camera is a Sharp vl-z3u. Admittedly a very low end camera. But the AVI files work just fine in fullscreen. Is it my software or my camera? I thought mpeg 2 was supposed to be dvd quality, but if it really was, I'd go back to vhs if my movies were an example of the media!
