    Default G Screen

    Hey guys i just felt like testing out my new lights with my chroma key cloth and it is working wonders. I did a little test so just check out it out. And i did upgrade how my logo comes up that is at the end of the video

    It was a nice clean key.

    but...

    It was hard to tell because of the subject matter. The only way you can tell if a greenscreen's been sucessful is if nobody comments on it.
    If you're testing then you need to find out where your limits are. Try something like inserting an office environment into the background. That way any fringing or bleed will show up.

    Like your logo tho'

    how much did you pay for that?? i have used green walls, green cars, even the sky for monotone backgrounds to use for keying, but I ALWAYS END UP with crappy looking edges... or am i just stupid??

    To get it good you need either the wall or a clothe set up properly and then you need a proper lighting kit. The sun works pretty good if your doing stuff outside but weather is unpredictable.
