    Default video quiality question

I'm trying to make a video of the best quality Windows Movie Maker will alllow. I don't care about how large the file will be. WMM explains how the higher the frames per sec and bit rate are, the better the quality the better the quality of the movie is. Some settings show Mbps instead of Kbps , and I don't know how to convert them to see which is more.
Does anyone know of the setting I can use in WMM to make the absolute best quality movie regardless of file size?
    Thanks so much : ))

1 Mbps is exactly 1000 Kbps... So basicly, just select the highest Mbps setting (about 8 Mbps I guess).

I believe “DV-AVI” is the best quality. I’ve been happy with it so far 
